We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or any payment information. If you play as a guest without registering, no account data is stored.
Multiplayer Data
When you are in the shared game realm, your character's approximate position and movement are transmitted to our real-time game server so other players can see you. This data is transient and is not stored after your session ends.
How We Use Your Information
- To save and restore your game progress across sessions
- To authenticate your account when you log in
- To power real-time multiplayer features
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the game.
Data Storage and Security
Account and save data is stored on our game server hosted on Railway (railway.app). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except:
- Railway — our server infrastructure provider, which hosts the database
We have no advertising partners and do not share data with analytics or marketing services.
In-App Purchases
If the game offers in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by the platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Steam). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Children's Privacy
Ruins of the Fallen King is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@ruinsofthefallenking.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and your username. We will process the request within 30 days.
